葱烧猪肉丼饭
材料
"洋葱 半颗","舞菇 1颗","鸡蛋 2颗","白饭 3碗","猪肉片 适量","白芝麻 少许","柴鱼片 少许","蒜末 少许","酱油露 2大匙","味琳 2大匙","水 1碗","米酒 1小匙",
做法

1:准备食材:洋葱切丝,舞菇去蒂

2:准备1000CC煮开后关火,加入300CC冷水,将鸡蛋置入,静置12分钟

3:热油锅,爆香蒜头及洋葱,并将洋葱炒软

4:接着放入舞菇续炒香

5:加入酱油及味琳拌炒

6:加入猪肉片炒熟,并加点米酒去腥

7:加入一碗水及柴鱼片,至滚后即可关火,此时温泉蛋也差不多好了~~

8:淋在白饭上,洒点白芝麻,再将温泉蛋打进去,洒点青葱,就完成了
