绍兴醉鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿 8只","铝箔纸 依数量","红枣 50克","枸杞 25克","川弓 20克","当归 15克","月桂叶 20克","桂枝 10克","花椒 10克","人参 1把","绍兴酒 1100cc","水 2500cc","糖 50克","鸡粉 50克","盐 40克","味精 少许",
做法

1:将去骨鸡腿洗干净晾干

2:将药材秤好后放入锅中

3:倒入水、绍兴酒、盐、味精、鸡粉后开火煮滚放凉待用

4:放上铝箔纸,将鸡腿卷起来卷紧后平放(最多放两层),电锅外层放一抠水,放入蒸熟 -->蒸熟后,把铝箔纸拆开 -->

5:拆开来就像这样喔~小心皮不要弄破喔~

6:倒入醃料后放进冷藏冰3天(要整个盖过几腿喔~)

7:取出后,可切些许配色香料

8:切适当大小(不要切太薄哦),依口味淋上醃汁后即可食用啦~
