洋葱九层塔肉丸
材料
"猪绞肉 300克","洋葱 1/2颗","大蒜 3瓣","吐司 1片","蛋 1颗","九层塔叶 少许","太白粉 1匙","柠檬汁 5c.c.","盐 1匙","胡椒粉 2匙","鲜奶 20c.c.",
做法

1:准备食材.选用家乐福严选生鲜猪绞肉.

2:吐司去边切丁,并浸泡在鲜奶中,洋葱切丁,大蒜切末,九层塔切末.

3:将家乐福严选生鲜猪绞肉用刀剁一剁.

4:起油锅将切丁过3/4的洋葱入锅炒香.

5:将炒好洋葱放入绞肉中拌匀.

6:将九层塔.鲜奶吐司.一半的蒜末放入绞肉.加太白粉.盐.胡椒一起拌匀.

7:加入一颗蛋黄.

8:将其拌成肉泥.

9:肉泥捏成肉丸.在上面裹薄面粉.

10:用刚刚炒过洋葱的锅子加入油,将肉丸入锅煎.

11:肉丸入锅煎时不要太快去翻动它,等它煎上色再用汤匙将肉丸翻面,如果怕不熟,起锅前加入约50c.c.的水后盖锅烧,水份烧干即可起锅.

12:取柠檬皮切丝

13:将剩下的洋葱蒜与柠檬皮与柠檬汁入锅炒

14:将炒好的料淋在肉丸上面后摆盘.
