汤咖哩
材料
"薄肉片 150~200g","洋葱 1/4个","蒜(末) 2瓣","畺(末) 一小片","水煮蛋 2个","高汤 600g","番茄酱 10g","咖哩粉 1大匙","米霖 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","爪哇或南洋咖哩块 1/6~1/8块","红萝卜 4小块","地瓜或马铃薯 4小块","玉米 2段(切半)","秋葵 4枝","青花菜 4朵","茄子 1~2小条","青椒 1~2个",
做法

1:将蒸野菜组放入电锅蒸15~20分钟

2:肉片用盐和黑胡椒抓一下静置,调好咖哩汤酱汁

3:煮一小锅水,烫水煮野菜组

4:汤锅加一点油,放入肉片、洋葱、蒜末、姜末炒至洋葱软

5:倒入咖哩汤酱汁,煮10分钟,快完成时加盐调整咸淡

6:锅中放稍微多一点油,将煎野菜组放入,煎赤赤,放入咖哩汤锅中煮2分钟熄火

7:将野菜们通通集合起来,舀入咖哩汤,摆上半颗水煮蛋
