2:取一平底锅转小火,加入奶油,红葱头,黑胡椒,墨西哥辣椒粉炒香,再加入牛奶,蕃茄锅高汤

3:放入起司快速拌匀即可关火,准备另一个锅子装水煮至沸腾,将生食蔬菜烫熟即可

4:用牙签棒穿入食材,盛出番茄乳酪酱即可享用唷
