黄金海鲜炖饭
材料
"洋葱 1/5颗","蒜头 2大颗","九层塔 少许","甜豆 10朵","虾子 10尾","蛤蜊 10颗","小卷 1只","白米 1杯","姜黄粉 少许","高汤 1碗","白酒 2大匙","白开水 1碗",
做法

1:食材明细如上,先备好料,洋葱.蒜头切末,虾子剪须.小卷切花.白米洗净泡水半小时

2:开火倒入橄榄油,小火爆香洋葱.蒜头末至小焦黄及香气散发

3:倒入虾子和小卷煎至恰恰

4:倒入白酒呛锅后,先将海鲜夹起,以免煮老

5:加入少许姜黄粉及白米炒一下,再倒入鸡高汤1碗及白开水1碗,加盖大火煮滚后,改小火闷煮至水份收干(大约10~15分)

6:水份约剩6份干时,加入蛤蜊及甜豆,加盖闷熟至蛤蜊打开

7:最后起锅1分钟前,放入先前夹起的虾子及小卷,起锅前放入九层塔配色,江江江江江~完成!!!!!

8:随手拿起木头或竹子砧板当隔热垫,就可以豪气整锅上桌囉!!!!
