法式焗蛋
材料
"综合菇类 360g","洋葱 50g","大蒜 1瓣","动物性奶油 30ml","奶油 20g","全蛋 3颗","白酒 20ml","巴西利 手掌心量","面包 3片","盐 1搓","胡椒 1搓","烟燻红椒粉 1搓",
做法

1:菇菇(切0.3公分厚)撒盐干锅炒到出水再稍微收干

2:加入奶油或炒菜油炒到菇菇微上色后呛白酒收汁

3:加入鲜奶油,拌入香草,调味,试吃

4:取一深烤盘装水约烤盅1/3满放烤箱160度预热。菇菇倒入已抺上奶油的烤盅,打入一颗蛋,盐胡椒调味

5:放进烤箱隔水烤10~15分钟,视喜好蛋的熟度决定烤的时间
