宫保鸡丁炒银芽

材料

"鸡胸肉 400g","干辣椒 30g","花椒粒 1小匙","青葱 1支","蒜头 4粒","豆芽菜 300g","酱油 2大匙","米酒 2小匙","太白粉 1大匙","糖 少许","酱油 2大匙","米酒 2小匙","糖 少许","水 3大匙","香油 少许","白醋 1小匙","蒜味花生米 适量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:鸡胸肉切丁和醃肉料(酱油、米酒、太白粉、糖)醃半小时,蒜头切片,青葱切段,调味料:酱油2大匙.米酒2小匙.糖少许,水3大匙混合成一碗备用。豆芽菜洗净,炒半熟捞起

  2. step2

    2:锅中炒豆芽的汤汁丢掉不用,原锅放油鸡丁炒到7分熟捞起,原锅爆香蒜头,再放入干辣椒.花椒粒炒香,加回鸡丁和调味料拌炒

  3. step3

    3:再加入豆芽菜.青葱稍拌,最后白醋沿锅淋呛香,起锅前加入香油洒上蒜味花生米即可
