酸辣汤

材料

"香菇 5朵","鸭血 1块","豆腐 半块","金针菇 半包","红萝卜 半条","肉丝 150g"," 2颗","香菜 1小把","太白粉 1大匙","高汤 1000cc","酱油 1大匙","香油 1大匙","乌醋 2大匙","胡椒 1小匙","盐 1小匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:所有材料切丝、蛋打匀备用

  2. step2

    2:煮一锅滚水(或用高汤或鸡粉1匙),将切丝材料放入肉丝加酱油及少许太白粉拌匀后加入滚汤内

  3. step3

    3:汤料滚后,再将太白粉水缓缓倒入勾芡汁再把蛋汁一样缓缓倒入汤内,以汤勺轻轻拌匀最后将调味料加入即可

    4:上桌
