做法

鸡软骨剁碎(愈细愈好),鸡胸肉剁成泥,搅拌出有黏性 剁碎的鸡软骨、鸡泥、蛋白、面粉、玉米粉、蒜末、盐、胡椒粉拌匀,揑成块状。沾上面分,半油煎炸至两面金黄,沾上优格美奶滋
