2:海鲜食材先以洋葱蒜头碎炒香后加入白葡萄酒去除海鲜的腥味然后取出

3:用相同的锅子加入干净的米稍微拌炒一下然后加入鱼高汤拌炒并下调味料炒到熟透后加入海鲜还有起士粉准备呈盘
