双色布朗尼

做法

1:室温的奶油拌匀,再加入砂糖拌匀。加入鸡蛋,香草精拌匀,再加入过筛的低筋面粉跟泡打粉拌匀。加入可可豆拌匀,包保鲜膜放入冰箱一个钟头。无盐奶油加入苦甜巧克力隔水加热至融化拌匀

2:依序加入砂糖,鸡蛋,香草精拌匀再加入过筛的低筋面粉跟可可粉搅拌均匀。将可可糊倒入模具8分满再加上白色面糊装满烤箱预热上下火180度,烤30-35分即可
