宫保鸡丁
材料
"去骨鸡腿肉 2片","干辣椒 数支","小辣椒 1_2支","花生 1碟","蒜片 3_5颗","青葱 1_2支","全蛋 1/2","酱油 1又1/2大匙","米酒 1大池","鲜鸡粉 1/2大匙","地瓜粉 1大匙","玉米粉 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","2砂糖 1大匙","白醋 1大匙","鲜鸡粉 1/2大匙","水 2又1/2大匙","玉米粉水 适量"

2:鸡排切成适当小块,加醃料醃5_10分钟

3:将醃好的鸡肉在要煎炸前加1大匙冷油先拌一下,别害怕太油,等会煎炸后都会留在锅底,热锅加3_4大匙的油,油热后开中火将鸡肉丁用半煎炸的方式,将鸡肉丁煎至两面都上色后约7_8分熟后,开大火再将油逼出来,取出来备用

5:锅里少许油,将蒜片.干辣椒.小辣椒.葱段爆香

6:爆香后加入调味料烧至起泡泡

7:加入鸡丁拌炒一下后,再加入花生续拌炒一下,就完成
