做法

1:菠菜取叶子去梗入水川烫并泡冰水

2:酸黄瓜切丝 蘑菇切片 洋葱切丝红葱头切片

3:牛肉切薄片备用

4:面粉水牛奶盐胡椒混均并加入打泥后的菠菜拌均

5:水锅煮滚取漏勺摆在锅上面糊倒入经过漏勺入煮定型后捞起备用

6:取沙拉油煎牛肉炒香倒入红葱头洋葱蘑菇片高汤煮滚转小火熬煮

7:将菠菜面疙瘩和罗宋炒牛肉摆入盘中取一些酸奶当装饰即可
