花雕鸡
材料
"鸡腿肉 一支","姜片 6片","辣椒 一根","蒜头 3办","葱 一根","干辣椒 适量","香菇 4颗","麻油 适量","酱油 适量","花雕酒 适量","白胡椒 适量","蚝油 2大匙","辣豆瓣酱 一匙","花雕酒 120cc","麻油 一大匙","糖(可加可不加) 一匙"
做法

1:切好备料

2:醃鸡腿肉

3:醃半小时

4:把酱料先调好 糖可加可不加(因为南部人爱甜我才加)

5:先热麻油 辛香料下去炒香

6:再加入香菇 醃好的鸡肉

7:下调味料煮至较收汁 起锅前丢葱段再淋一些花雕酒 比较香
