味噌焗烤白酱双薯
材料
"马铃薯 3颗","蕃薯 2颗","香肠 2根","蒜泥 适量","蘑菇 2朵","洋葱 1颗","牛奶 400ml","面粉 适量","奶油 25g","起司 适量","味噌 2大匙","红萝卜 1-2根"
做法

1:预备食材:马铃薯、蕃薯、萝卜、蘑菇、香肠切片 / 洋葱切丝

2:前置:香肠煎7分熟、马铃薯蒸熟炒白酱:丢入洋葱、蘑菇、红萝卜、蒜泥清炒,加入香肠、味增、面粉、牛奶熬白酱(可加入盐及胡椒调味)至浓稠

3:将蒸熟的马铃薯铺底、依序叠上蕃薯、白酱料、起司,送入烤箱190度30分钟
