香气逼人清炖牛腱汤

材料

"牛腱 800g","白萝卜 1大条","红萝卜 1小条","蒜 4颗","干辣椒 适量","青葱 1把","老姜(姆指大小) 1个","鸡汤 1碗","水 1000cc","小茴香 1小匙","茴香籽 1小匙","黑胡椒粒 0.5小匙","白胡椒粒 1小匙","花椒 1小匙","八角 2颗","月桂叶 2片","柠檬百里香 1大把",

做法

  1. step1

    1:红/白萝葡切半后滚刀切大块,牛腱清水烫过切片(约2cm厚度),蒜连皮拍扁、青葱切段分葱白葱绿、老姜去皮切皮备用。橄榄油绕个2圈,依续爆香蒜、姜、葱白、干辣椒后,看葱白有上焦色后,加入红萝卜炒,等炒出红色的油加牛腱炒2分钟,倒入白萝卜加一点点水盖锅闷煮2分钟

    2:开盖倒入淹过食材的水、自制鸡汤(可省略)及香料包,以小火炖60分钟后、加盐及少许酱油再关火焖60分钟,完成!!
