东安鸡
材料
"棒棒鸡腿 4支","姜丝 1/2杯","青葱丝 1/3杯","辣椒丝 1/4杯","花椒粒 1/2","酱油 2","糖 1小匙","盐 1小匙","酒 1大匙","镇江醋 1大匙","太白粉 1小","水 2大匙"
做法

1:鸡腿洗净后放入电锅,加一杯多一点的水去蒸

2:将食材切丝备用

3:蒸好后的鸡腿,沥出一碗的鸡汁

4:鸡先放凉了再跺成块状

5:热锅,下3汤匙油,依序爆香,花椒,姜丝,辣椒丝,葱丝,在下鸡肉拌炒,从锅边淋下酒呛一下

6:加入鸡汁高汤,酱油,盐,糖,煨煮约3-5分钟,起锅前淋上镇江醋,最后太白粉水勾芡即可.
