做法

  1. step1

    1:备好食材,生鲜食材洗净,食材切丝

  2. step2

    2:起一锅水煮滚,放入所有食材,煮熟转中小火。依个人喜好酸辣程度,加入调味料,再用莲藕粉勾芡(代替太白粉勾芡),接着倒入打散的蛋液搅拌煮熟

    3:最后洒上配料葱花和香菜即可
