双味花菜
材料
"白花菜 100G","青花菜 适量","中筋面粉 35G","水 50G","盐 一小匙","油 一大匙","芝麻 适量","盐 适量","柴鱼粉 适量","胡椒粉 适量","蕃茄酱 0.5~1大匙","糖 适量","水与太白粉 1:0.3",
做法

1:青花菜放入滚水中

2:加一匙小盐和一大匙油川烫至熟捞出排盘

3:面粉与水调匀后与调味拌匀

4:白花菜切成适当大小裹上面糊

5:放入高温油锅中用大火炸至表面酥脆捞出

6:锅中爆香蒜头,倒入酱汁烧至浓稠

7:倒入炸好的花菜

8:拌匀起锅

9:摆在盘子中央,洒上芝麻就完成囉^^
