打抛猪肉
材料
"猪绞肉 300g","蒜 5办","葱 一根","辣椒 一根","圣女小蕃茄 7颗","九层塔 100g","敏豆 一把","米酒 适量","蚝油 一大匙","酱油 一大匙","鱼露 一大匙","糖 一大匙"
做法

1:把备料洗好切好

2:我是有多把九层塔的根切细葱取代红葱头(因为我不喜欢)

3:先把酱料调好

4:把绞肉炒一炒

5:再加米酒跟蒜辣椒葱九层塔根和敏豆

6:煮到有点收汁

7:加入调好的酱再加番茄煮

8:加入九层塔叶

9:拌炒即可
