蒲烧鳗鱼五目炊饭
材料
"米 1杯","干香菇 8朵","黑美人菇 1包","红萝卜 1/2条","蒲烧鳗鱼 1条","奶油 适量","香油 适量","香菇水 1杯","白芝麻粒 少许","昆布 1小段","盐 1小匙","胡椒 少许","烹大师干贝 1/2小匙"
做法

1:香菇泡热水,留香菇水备用米洗净后泡水红萝卜切丝,黑美人菇剥一朵朵

2:电锅内锅加入香菇丝、红萝卜丝、黑美人菇、奶油用小火炒软熄火加入米、香菇水、昆布及调味料半匀 入电锅用一杯水蒸 焖15分钟

3:将炊饭加入香油拌匀放上鳗鱼外锅加1/4杯水再蒸一次起锅后撒上白芝麻即可
