润饼搅(卷)
材料
"中筋面粉 1.5米杯","水 1.2米杯","盐 1/3小匙","油 1小匙","高丽菜 1/3颗","咖喱块 1小块","豆芽菜 1小把","红萝卜 1小段","小黄瓜 1/3根","豆干 6片","萝卜干 适量","红糟肉 6-8片","香菜 适量","花生粉 适量","甜辣酱 适量"
做法

1:将润饼皮的材料拌匀,用滤网过筛

2:将1的面糊舀1大匙在锅中,用刷子刷成圆形

3:煎至饼皮边缘可以用锅铲铲起,即可铲起盛盘

5:高丽菜用咖喱块、盐炒熟;红萝卜切丝炒熟;豆芽菜炒熟;豆干切丝加盐、五香粉炒熟;萝卜干切碎;香菜洗净切段;花生用微波炉微波熟,用调理机打成花生粉

6:拿2片润饼皮,一边涂上甜辣酱,再铺上花生粉,然后加入豆芽菜、红萝卜丝、小黄瓜丝、红糟肉、香菜,最后再放上高丽菜,卷起,最后收边处再抹上甜辣酱即可;共可以包三卷
