超JUICY纽奥良辣鸡翅
材料
"三节鸡翅 8只","蒜头 15粒","(辣酱) 如下","黑胡椒 少许","柠檬汁 100g","番茄酱 100g","TABASCO 10g","巴西里 20g","糖 3t","【醃料】 如下","糖 1t","盐 1/2t","黑胡椒 少许","鸡粉 1/2t","米酒or白酒 1T","TABASCO 1T","柠檬汁 1t","蒜泥 1T","中筋面粉 2T","橄榄油 2T",
做法

1:将三节翅分成棒棒腿与鸡翅并将醃料放入拌匀,最后加入面粉与橄榄油。

2:以140度左右的中油温将鸡翅炸至上色

3:将炸好的鸡翅放入上下火180度烤箱7-8分钟

4:巴西里去梗后将叶子切碎,并将水分确实拧干。柠檬汁、番茄酱、TABASCO、巴西里、糖调匀后放入锅中煮开

5:将烤好的炸鸡翅拌入辣酱中,待稍微收汁后撒上些许黑胡椒及巴西里末即完成!
