做法

1:1. 用汤锅放入所有煮肉高汤材料跟牛腩一起,中火煮开后再关小火煮30分钟,持续捞除所有肉末杂质。牛腩捞起2. 铸铁锅小火加入2-3匙油,加入炒香料小火炒香3. 加入洋葱拌炒个1分钟、加入辣豆瓣酱炒香,加入牛腩炒上色,约炒2分钟

2:4. 加入高汤与全部调味料、红萝卜,中大火煮滚捞出杂质,关小火、盖上锅盖,炖30分钟。5. 加入白萝卜,盖上锅盖,再炖30分钟。6. 焖10分钟就完成囉
