菇菇笋丝咸粥
材料
"鸿喜菇 1份","麻竹笋 300g","猪绞肉 适量","虾米 适量","干香菇 1朵","红葱头 2~3瓣","香菜/芹菜 适量","酱油 2大匙","胡椒粉 适量","盐 适量","白饭 1杯米",
做法

1:食材准备: 麻竹笋切或刨成丝、青葱切段、干香菇泡水至软

2:将所有爆香材料切等细末

3:爆香顺序: 猪绞肉、虾米、红葱头、香菇、葱段

4:爆出香味后倒入两大匙酱油

5:再倒入比白饭多三倍量的水及笋丝煮20分钟

6:再起锅前五分钟放入鸿喜菇和白饭

7:最后调味

8:再洒上香菜及芹菜末即完成!
