清爽版蕃茄炖饭
材料
"糙米 一杯","绿豆 半杯","内锅水 一杯半","盐 少许","椰子油 适量","手蘑黑胡椒粒 少许","孜然 少许","毛豆 适量","玉米粒 适量","香菇 适量","帕玛森起司 纯素","蕃茄 二小粒","七味粉 少许","罗勒叶 少许","外锅水 二杯",
做法

1:前一晚先将糙米和绿豆洗净并用饮月水浸泡(放入冰箱),隔天将水倒掉后换新水

2:将喜爱的食材依序放入(食材尽量不要超过水位),盖上锅盖,外锅放两杯水,插插头按下开关

3:待电锅跳起后将食材拌匀一下,盖上锅盖再闷30分钟左右

4:最后盛盘撒上喜爱的香料即可完成
