材料
"虾仁 1斤","鱼浆 1斤","二层油 半斤","蒜末 10颗","姜末 1片","茡齐 200g","蛋 3颗","葱末 2支","紫苏梅 5颗","梅汁 3大匙","辣椒末 1支","寿喜烧 5大匙",
做法

1:虾仁 去肠泥切小块

2:鱼浆/二层油/蒜末/姜末/拍碎的茡齐/葱末+寿喜烧3大匙搅拌摔打

3:再加入蛋拌匀

4:取润饼皮将内馅平舖,四周刷上蛋液

5:表面再盖上润饼皮,表面需戳洞

6:入油锅油炸

7:翻面再油炸,表面炸至酥脆,切块食用

8:沾酱 : 紫苏梅 去籽切碎+梅汁+辣椒+寿喜烧2大匙拌匀

9:完成上桌
