花雕鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿 1只","蒜末 2瓣","花雕酒 适量","蚝油 1大匙","胡椒粉 少许","老姜片 数片","黑麻油 1大匙","杏鲍菇 2小条","彩椒 红、黄各1/2","青葱 2支","芹菜 3支","干辣椒片(可省略) 少许"
做法

1:去骨鸡腿切块,以蒜末、花雕酒、蠔油、胡椒粉醃一个晚上

2:杏鲍菇、彩椒切小块;青葱、芹菜切段

3:热锅以黑麻油煸香姜片

4:下鸡腿块煎至两面金黄色

5:杏鲍菇、彩椒、青葱、干辣椒片(可省略)下锅拌炒,并将醃鸡腿的酱汁一起倒入,盖上锅盖闷一下

6:下芹菜并尝一下味道。再以少许的花雕酒沿锅边炝一下

7:万家飘香的花雕鸡上桌囉!
