简易糖醋鸡块
材料
"鸡肉 500克","洋葱 1/4个","凤梨 数片","青椒 半个","红椒 半个","鸡蛋 1个","太白粉/玉米淀粉 适量","蕃茄汁 3大匙","白醋 4大匙","糖 3小匙","喼汁 半小匙","水 3大匙","盐 1/4小匙",
做法

1:凤梨切小块,青红椒切丁。先用少许酱油、糖和盐醃鸡肉30分钟

2:将所有调味料拌匀备用

3:将鸡肉先沾蛋液,再沾太白粉/玉米粉

4:拍去多余的粉,放入热油锅炸三至四分钟至金黄色

5:烧热锅后下油,炒洋葱和青、红椒两分钟,再下调味料,煮沸后转小火,加点太白粉+水,将酱汁煮至浓稠

6:再下凤梨和鸡块拌匀即成!
