"橄榄油 少许","洋葱碎 1/4颗","蒜头碎 3颗量","虾子去壳 3只","干贝 2颗","淡菜去壳 3只","刻花花枝 3朵","白葡萄酒 少许","米洗净 180克","鱼高汤 400克","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","起士粉 30克"
做法

1:洋葱切碎.蒜头去蒂头切碎花枝切条状虾子去壳开背去肠泥

2:橄榄油炒香炒软洋葱蒜头碎少许月桂叶炒香

3:下花枝虾子干贝至上色捞起花枝干贝虾子炒至半熟后盛起备用

4:下蛤蜊少许白酒水至蛤蜊开

5:将海鲜类回煮加2~3瓶盖白酒少许水煮熟后盛起备用

6:下米水鸡粉煮滚进烤箱至熟160度

7:米还没熟透加少许水煮熟下海鲜拌匀盛盘前捞月桂叶盛盘后撒少许起司粉

8:完成后撒上起司粉巴西里碎
