咸香甜卤肉躁
材料
"猪梅花肉块 一块","大蒜 2颗","红葱头 4颗","油葱酥 3匙","八角 一粒","五香粉 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","米酒 2匙","酱油 3匙","酱油膏 2匙","味霖 1匙","冰糖 一匙","水 150ml"
做法

2:将红葱头跟大蒜去皮后切片注:红葱头去皮只需要去最外层的那层皮,里面红色外皮不需要去除

3:将梅花肉块切丁

4:先爆香大蒜跟红葱头,备用

5:取炖锅少油热锅后,加入猪肉丁炒至微白后,加入备用的大蒜红葱头,及油葱酥拌炒

6:加入米酒,酱油,油膏,冰糖,味霖拌炒后,洒上适量五香粉跟白胡椒粉,最后放入八角及水,即可盖锅盖炖煮
