宫保鸡丁

材料

"鸡胸肉 400g","盐 ","酱油 ","麻油 ","少许 ","胡椒 ","糖 ","太白粉少许 ","辣椒干/干辣椒8条 ","大洋葱半颗 ","姜12片 ","青葱白根部6段 ","青葱绿20段 ","盐 ","黑醋 ","白糖少许 ","蚝油 ","辣椒酱半汤匙 ","清水两碗 ","黑酱油(酱色)少许 ","太白粉+水 适量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:鸡胸肉切丁,提前加入醃料醃制至少一小时以上准备好B)配料的食材以及C)调味料提前调均匀在碗内,除了白糖

  2. step2

    2:热油锅,以油量可以覆蓋著鸡丁,倒入醃制好的鸡丁大火炸至7分熟,外表酥脆后盛起滤油放一旁

  3. 3:锅倒入适量一汤匙半的油,首先加入辣椒干小火爆香后陆续加入姜片,洋葱丁,葱白大火爆香.

  4. step4

    4:倒入已调均的调味料跟清水煮开后,加入炸好的鸡丁大火翻炒均匀,然后再加入白糖.这里可试味道做调整接着倒入太白粉水勾芡至酱汁黏稠,最后倒入青葱段稍微翻炒待青葱香味出来后就可以盛起装盘
