牙买加酸辣烤鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿 1支","三节翅 2支","黄红甜椒各半颗 黄红甜椒各半颗","青葱 4根","柠檬 半个","蜂蜜 1大匙","橄榄油 适量","盐 适量","黑胡椒 适量","辣椒 1根","大蒜 4瓣","肉豆蔻粉 半小匙","盐 2小匙","丁香 2颗","百里香 1小把","月桂叶 1片","兰姆酒 6大匙","白酒醋 6大匙","橄榄油 1小匙",
做法

1:将三节翅切成棒棒腿和两节翅,甜椒切丝备用

2:青葱切段放入食物搅拌器加入百里香、月桂叶、辣椒、去皮大蒜、丁香、荳蔻粉、兰姆酒、白酒醋、和盐搅打至糊状后,可以再加1小匙橄榄油搅拌均匀

3:鸡腿与鸡翅淋上橄榄油撒上盐与胡椒

4:平底锅放入少许橄榄油加热再放入步骤3鸡腿鸡翅先从皮的那一面开始煎起煎至呈金黄色即可

5:将步骤2做好的酱料放入烤锅底,再放上煎好的鸡腿鸡翅淋上蜂蜜,放上甜椒丝和柠檬

6:放入220度烤箱烤15-18分钟至鸡肉熟透,香喷喷烤鸡出炉
