韩式炸鸡
材料
"鸡肉或鸡翅6只 半只剁块","酥炸粉或马铃薯粉 半包","醃料牛奶 300cc","醃料盐 1小匙","醃料黑胡椒 少许","酱料蕃茄酱 2大匙","酱料韩式辣酱 2大匙","酱料梅汁或梅醋 2大匙","酱料蒜泥 2大匙","酱料糖 3大匙","酱料水 3大匙","酱料酱油 1大匙",
做法

1:先把鸡肉倒入[醃料] 浸泡约1小时

2:倒掉一些牛奶后加入少许酥炸粉或马铃薯粉,让鸡肉表面沾附

3:起油锅,待油锅热后将鸡肉沾干粉下去油炸至金黄色(中小火),炸好之后取出沥油

4:准备将所有[酱料]调匀

5:倒入锅中翻炒,需不时翻动避免烧焦,浓稠后可关火

6:将炸好的鸡肉一块块的沾上酱汁后摆盘,洒点芝麻~葱绿或绿辣椒切丁就好囉~~
