3:起油锅.将蛋打散.下去炸蛋酥.盛起备用 炸蛋酥剩的余油放入蒜末.香菇丝.虾米.炒香.在放红萝卜丝.笋丝.大白菜

4:大白菜炒软微加入浸泡香菇水.水滚后加入醃好的里肌肉丝.搅拌后就会有勾芡状.起锅在放蛋酥.少许香菜.几滴香油即可
