韩式炒码面
材料
"面条 1斤","红萝卜 1条","洋葱 1颗","青江菜 5-6朵","杏鲍菇 3条","木耳 7-8片(小)","青葱 2根","蒜末 2大匙","姜末 2大匙","猪肉片 1碗","软丝或透抽 1尾","虾子 10只","蛤蜊 约20颗","韩国辣椒粉 4大匙","韩国辣椒酱 2大匙","酱油或蚝油 2-3大匙","芝麻油 适量","糖 1茶匙","胡椒粉 少许","米酒 1大匙","水或高汤 1000cc"
做法

1:将洋葱、红萝卜、青葱切丝, 木耳用手撕成小片状, 猪肉切成片, 杏鲍菇切成薄片, 软丝切成片或圈状备用.

2:首先先将猪肉用芝麻油爆炒一下, 接着放入洋葱红萝卜及杏鲍菇拌炒.

3:接着取一角落放葱丝、蒜末及姜末爆香.

4:再来放入韩国辣椒粉及韩国辣椒酱拌匀上色, 接放入酱油、糖、胡椒粉、酒等调味料拌炒均匀.

5:放入软丝、虾、蛤蜊、面条及约1000CC的水拌炒, 起锅前放入青江菜拌炒即可.
