葱派炒什锦

材料

"葱油 5片","鸡蛋 3颗","虾仁 酌量","肉丝 少许","透抽 酌量","高丽菜 3片","木耳 少许","胡萝卜 少许","葱 1枝","甜豆 少许","酱油 1茶匙","白胡椒 少许","糖 1/2茶匙","盐 酌量","香油 少许"

做法

  1. step1

    1:透抽切小片块,蛋打散,高丽菜~胡萝卜~木耳~甜豆~葱都切适口大小,

    2:将葱油派煎至焦香,掰小块状。鸡蛋煎熟,掰小块状,

  3. step3

    3:爆香葱段~胡萝卜片~肉丝,加入全部蔬菜和虾仁~透抽,拌炒至食材熟透,

  4. step4

    4:加入步骤2的葱派和蛋片,再加入调味料拌一拌~炒一炒,就完成囉~^^
