日式味增汤
材料
"洋葱丝 40g","水 350cc","小鱼干 3g","白味增 约为40g","蛤蜊 约4到5颗","米酒 40cc","糖 少许","烹大师鲣鱼粉 3g","板豆腐切块 约五块","葱花 少许"
做法

1:先将洋葱切丝,豆腐切自己喜爱的大小

2:热锅,加水,洋葱丝.小鱼干煮滚

3:汤滚加入味增

4:加入蛤蛎,烹大师鲣鱼粉,米酒,糖调味,等蛤蛎鲜味煮出来后,再下豆腐后,起锅
