材料
"鸡胸肉 一片","蒜 两办","洋葱 4/3颗","马铃薯 一颗","红萝卜 一根","舞菇 半株","玉米笋 3条","北海道牛奶块 2块","牛奶 一杯","鲜奶油 一匙","盐 适量","黑胡椒粉 适量","起士片 一片","水 三杯"
做法

1:先把材料切块备料

2:先热油锅依序加蒜片、洋葱片炒一炒加入马铃薯、红萝卜再炒过再加玉米笋、舞菇加水加牛奶跟鲜奶油跟北海道牛奶块跟调味料

3:加入鸡肉跟米煨煮

4:熟至起锅再加一片起士片即可
