红烧牛肉面
材料
"番茄 4颗","洋葱 半颗","红萝卜 半颗","牛腱(577g) 1包","牛肋条(约519g) 1包","卤包 1包","姜 3片","葱 1条","辣椒 2个","鱼露 2小匙","米酒 少许","酱油 3大匙",
做法

1:洋葱,红萝卜先炒过(有洋葱味道)即可

2:加入所有食材,最后加水(淹过肉)

3:大火,直到压力阀上升第2个位置转小火再煮20分钟

4:番茄都融化在汤里,肉也都太软烂了...所以20分钟太久了,下次改10分钟.味道也太淡些,酱油改4大匙
