客家小炒
材料
"干鱿鱼 1/2只","五花肉丝 200g","豆干 4块","芹菜 80g","蒜苗 1支","辣椒 1条","酱油膏 2大匙","糖 1小匙","白胡椒粉 1/4小匙","香油 1小匙","米酒 2大匙","清水 2/3米杯",
做法

1:干鱿鱼加1大匙盐(食材外)泡水泡5小时,五花肉切丝,芹菜切段,蒜白切片,蒜尾切小段,豆干切薄片,大蒜切片备用

2:起油锅,将五花肉煸出油香

3:豆干也加入煎ㄧ下比较香

4:续加入鱿鱼、芹菜、蒜白炒熟

5:最后,加入调味料翻炒入味

6:起锅前再将蒜尾加入快炒片刻即可
