糖醋排骨
材料
"小排 约10块","蒜头 2颗","醃肉料如下 1","酱油 少许","米酒 少许","太白粉 适量","糖醋酱汁如下 1","蒜头(切末) 2颗","糖 2大匙","酱油 2大匙","醋 2大匙","水 4大匙",
做法

1:先将小排洗净在用醃肉料醃制约15分钟

2:将小排沾地瓜粉约等5分钟后地瓜粉受潮热油锅将小排放入炸熟

3:炸熟的小排放上吸油纸

4:原锅放入酱汁待滚后将太白粉水放入搅拌一下放入排骨拌匀放上少许香菜即可
