好菇菇炒鸡柳烩鲜蔬

"鸿禧菇 1包","雪白菇 1包","鸡柳 400克","洋葱 1粒","四季豆 200克","红甜椒 二分之1","青花椰菜 半颗","食用盐 少许","蒜 3个","酱油膏 1匙","太白粉 2匙","胡椒粉 1匙",
做法

1:(1)好菇菇炒鸡柳烩鲜蔬备料中 (2)先将鸡柳条醃渍用酱油膏、蒜、胡椒粉、太白粉合拌入味

2:将蔬菜洗净切条状

3:起油锅先将洋葱和鸡柳条入锅翻炒

4:(1)最再将所有蔬菜逐一入锅拌炒(2)起锅前加少许盐提味(3)加少许太白粉水芶薄欠
