我家香菇肉燥
材料
"猪绞肉 1斤(600克)","香菇 25朵","洋葱 1颗","蒜头 8瓣","水 600c.c.","酱油 100c.c.","米酒 100c.c.","糖 2茶匙","咖哩粉 1茶匙","黑胡椒 1/2茶匙"
做法

1:香菇泡水切丁(用食物剪刀剪比较快),洋葱切丁,蒜头切末

2:猪绞肉不加油下锅,逼出油及肉腥味

3:把香菇炒出香味后,中间放少许油把蒜跟洋葱炒香

4:依序加入胡椒,咖哩粉,米酒,酱油,糖,香菇水,翻炒均匀

5:加水,盖锅盖中小火约煮10分钟,入味即可
