红烧牛腩
材料
"牛肋条 700g","白萝卜 一根","红萝卜 一根","洋葱 半颗","蒜头 5颗","姜片 5片","葱 一根","月桂叶 2片","八角 2颗","酱油 80ml","米酒 80ml","豆瓣酱 2.5大匙","糖 3小匙"
做法

1:起一锅水加入米酒姜片从放入牛肋条川烫后捞起切块备用

2:热锅倒入少许油再加入刚刚的牛肋条炒至金黄色放入配料爆炒

3:香味出来后放入洋葱跟调料拌炒一下加入热水跟萝卜开大火煮滚后换到炖锅

4:炖一小时当啷香辣软Q的红烧牛腩就完成了
