义式海鲜炖饭
材料
"橄榄油 适量","洋葱 1/4颗","蒜头 3颗","虾子 3只","干贝 2颗","淡菜 3只","花枝 1只","白葡萄酒 少许","米 180g","鱼高汤 400g","盐巴 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","起司粉 30g"
做法

1:蒜头跟洋葱切碎 淡菜跟虾子去壳 花枝切花刀

2:炒香蒜头再加入所有海鲜拌炒 在家白葡萄酒去腥味 调味

3:炒香洋葱 加月桂叶 再加入米拌炒一下

4:加入高汤盖过米

5:盖铝箔纸之后用烤箱160度 15~20分烤熟

6:跟海鲜拌炒之后加入起司粉跟调味即可
