智慧糕

材料

"A糯米 300g","A糯米粉 200g","A在来米粉 100g","A水 300ml","A海苔片 4-5片","A香油or沙拉油 10ml","A胡椒 少许","A盐 1/4匙","B酱油 3大匙","B素蚝油 1大匙","B香油 1大匙","B盐 1茶匙","B日本太白粉 2大匙","B糖 3大匙","B大蒜 4粒切末","B水 350ml","C熟花生粉 适量"

做法

  1. step1

    1:将海苔片撕碎放在大碗里,之后加入所有A的材料搅拌均匀

  2. step2

    2:加入蒸模容器,放入沸水中蒸40分钟

  3. 3:利用蒸的时间准备酱料以备完成之后沾熟花生粉,将所有B的调味料放入小锅子煮滚后关火

  4. step4

    4:智慧糕蒸好之后放凉切片,加入酱汁最后撒上熟花生粉
