红烧牛肉面
材料
"牛腩 1公斤","白萝卜 1/2根","红萝卜 1根","牛番茄 1颗","葱 2支","老姜 5片","大蒜 5粒","八角 2粒","卤包 1包","拉面 1/2斤","酸菜 4大匙","香菜 少许","辣豆瓣酱 3大匙","酱油 2大匙","冰糖 1大匙"
做法

1:牛腩先川烫过, 再用冷水彻底洗干净血水后备用.

2:红白萝卜, 番茄切块状, 葱切段, 大蒜切片, 芹菜切段备用.将辣豆瓣酱, 酱油, 冰糖先放碗中调匀备用,

3:中小火爆香老姜和大蒜

4:加入牛腩拌炒

5:陆续加入辣豆瓣酱, 酱油, 使牛腩上色, 辣味出现

6:在锅中倒入水, 以醃过食材, 并将红白萝卜, 蕃茄, 八角, 葱, 冰糖, 卤包加入汤中,以大火煮滚, 捞除泡沫

7:放入芹菜段转小火煮至牛腩软烂入味

8:即是红烧牛肉汤. (将面条煮熟, 倒入牛肉汤, 加上酸菜, 香菜即可享用. )
