京酱肉丝
材料
"猪里肌肉 70元","葵花油 1+1匙","谷盛寿喜烧 2匙","米酒 2匙","葵花油 1匙","莲藕粉 2匙","甜面酱 半包","谷盛寿喜烧 2匙","番茄酱 2匙","冰糖 半匙","小黄瓜 1根","白芝麻 适量",
做法

1:猪里肌肉放冷冻库冰过,拿下来略为退冰后再切丝..(这样才不会软软的不好切)

2:加入醃料略醃10分钟..(醃料拌匀后再加莲藕粉拌匀)

3:小黄瓜刨成长片摆盘备用..

4:中小火起油锅,倒入葵花油1匙,作法2的猪肉丝拌炒至八分熟(如右图),起锅备用..

5:原油锅倒入葵花油1匙及酱汁炒匀后再加入作法4拌炒上色就完成囉!!

6:装盘后洒上白芝麻即可上桌食用了~~
